All Irisya products feature only real pearls and are manufactured with rhodium plated silver sterling 925. Real pearls grow inside of an oyster which is a living organism. Therefore, it is rare to find pearls that are perfectly symmetrical and homogeneous. As a pledge of quality and authenticity and because each pearl is unique, the color and shape of a pearl may vary slightly from one jewel to another for a same model and the surface of the pearl may present minor flaws.
Those properties that come with natural pearls do not signify a lack of quality.
2. MAINTENANCE AND REPARATION
Pearls are living organisms and are maintained by wearing them regularly. The skin, its warmth and humidity is the pearls’ best friend. The maintenance is to be done with a soft and dry cloth.
Our jewels are in silver sterling 925 rhodium plated, we recommend for the cleaning to use a spotless and non abrasive cloth. If the jewel is tarnished, use a special cleaning solution for silver jewels that you put on a soft towel and rub the silver many times. Then, rinse the jewel with mild water and dry it carefully. This cleaning will remove the tarnish and will give back the sparkling to the silver like new. Be aware that the chlorine, perfume and bleach water accelerate the tarnish and have to be avoided.
Knotted pearl necklaces and bracelets loosen with time, it is normal with use. It is advised to reknot your jewel regularly at your usual jewelry.

The order is validated once you have created your own account on www.irisya.com website. For this, you have to fill in the indicated fields. If you are already registered as a member, use your login made out of your email address and your password. Irisya will respect the confidentiality of your data and endeavour to keep the collected data safe.
All the available proposed products from our e-Shop are available for order (“available” status). Exceptionally, in case of stock shortage or unavailable size, we will inform you in the 5 days following the receipt of your order.
In case of error in the model or size when preparing your order, Irisya is committed to exchange the article. The shipment costs will be borne by Irisya.
The Irisya jewels are delivered in a house customized box.
5. PRICE AND PAYMENT
All prices shown are in Euros and legal Belgian VAT included of 21% for all European Union country members. The articles and eventual charges are invoiced based on the time of the order. After, prices can vary and fluctuate according to the market.

6. PRICE AND DELIVERY TIME
All prices shown are in EUR. Prices listed in the catalog are subject to changes based upon fluctuations of the market. Prices vary according to the fluctuation of the silver, gold and pearl market. We will keep you updated on our pricelists.
The delivery of the order will be for the mentioned address. Only the countries of European Union as listed here under can be delivered at the time being:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France (except DOM TOM), Luxembourg, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
The shipment costs amount 7,90 EUR. The costs are offered for a minimum order of 100 EUR. The average delivery time is from 3 to 10 working days as of the date of the order. If we are aware of a delay in the delivery time, we will inform you in the 5 days following the receipt of your order for the extra delivery time.
7. RETURN POLICY
If the ordered product does not suit, you have a 7 days notice period as from the date of the delivery in order to get reimbursed.
In this case, you should send an email (info[at]irisya.com) in order to notify within the notice period the request for reimbursement. After that, you have to return the new and never worn product with its invoice and in its original packaging at the mentioned address. The shipment costs for the return are at the charge of the Client. We advise you to send the jewel by registered letter or package with a delivery receipt. We don’t guarantee the damages, losses or theft during the transport. Once the product is received and if all the conditions are met, the amount of the order excluded shipment cost will be reimbursed within 30 days.
The Irisya jewels are guaranteed for 6 months starting from the date of purchase and will be repaired without charges.
If the reparation is not possible, the jewel will be replaced by the same model or an equivalent of the same value. The normal usage of the jewel is not under warranty. The warranty does not cover the inappropriate usage of the jewel, the oxidation, scratches on the pearls or silver, the reparation made by a third party, used pieces like earring backs, ribbons, chains, etc.
Please respect the maintenance advises specific for Irisya jewels. We advise you to send the defect jewels by registered letter or package with a delivery receipt. We don’t guarantee the damages, losses or theft during the transport.
The return of the repaired goods will be free of charge.
